Capacity Building for Schools

Capacity Building programs for teachers is a whole school-wide initiative by the Aditya Birla Education Academy. We work with schools to improve upon teaching-learning processes in subject-specific areas to implement and model best teaching practices, to incorporate subject-specific tech tools, and to bring in the best assessment practices. This program takes into account the school's existing practices and culture, teacher strengths, and analyses the gap areas to work with teachers as a year-long process.

The modules of the capacity building program are divided section wise and aim to make an impact in the teaching and learning in the Early years, Primary, Middle, Secondary and the Senior secondary classes and works with subject specific teachers.

The workshops for teachers can be conducted online or offline depending upon the needs of the school.
